So I keep telling myself that I'll start a blog once we got a house..well it's been 3 months and I haven't started..so here goes.
This is our house! It's a 2bed / 1.5 bath. It's small..but we love it. Right now it has green shutters and a green door but they will be painted black very soon! I just love the look of a clean black and white house.
The MLS describes it as "A Charming Traditional Cottage Home located in Chapman Woods, fireplace in living room and family room and a formal dining room."
They probably should have added that the dining room is teeny tiny and it's got a really old 40's pepto pink bathroom and a small dungeon half bath. But of all things, there's a laundry area literally in the hallway between our kitchen and family room. It's a definite eyesore! But it's fine, it might not have all the perks YET, but we sure plan on making it close to perfect! So please stay tuned as we transform our house and post up some before and afters.
